I made a course!
Introducing "Words and Wellbeing: An introduction"
If you know me, you may (or may not) know that I recently got my Master's in Happiness Studies—and now I'm on a journey toward getting my PhD (eee!).
In my professional life as a content designer and strategist, I think a lot about how the words we use in digital products can make people feel frustrated or capable. And during my Master's program, I dove headfirst into answering the question: how do the words we use shape our wellbeing? I went down a rabbit hole trying to find the answer to this question, and this course is what I learned.

The course is called Words and Wellbeing: An introduction and it explores practical, research-informed tools for using words more intentionally. You'll expand your emotional vocabulary, try gratitude writing, discover the power of quotes, and have some fun along the way with untranslatable and made-up words.
I had a lot of fun making the course (including some animation!) and I think this material is genuinely fascinating and worth sharing. So I invite you to take it for free if you sign up before the end of September using the 100% off coupon code: HANGRY100

I hope you'll check it out. Please let me know what you think if you do. And I hope to write more again, soon!
xoxo,
Megan
